Anderson (Anna) of Indiana, Pennsylvania; her children, Michelle Burkholder of Fort Worth, Stephen Crokie (Nadine) of Youngstown and Lisa Crokie of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Joseph Patton (Nikki) of Hermitage, Brittany Peters of Youngstown, Max Peters of Warren, Kayla Burkholder of Fort Worth and Stephen Burkholder of Fort Worth; her great grandchildren, Ashton Patton, Carmen Patton and Ezra Burkholder; and her husband Thomas Hogan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Patty to the local animal shelter in Mahoning County – "Angels for Animals".
