She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Williams and Laura Stern Williams; her granddaughter Megan; her siblings, Charles, Paul, Howard Jr., Elwood, Kenneth, Richard Williams, June Hamerick and Betty Huey; and her former husband Entombment.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Costanzo (Chris) of Columbiana, John Smith (Brenda) of Canfield, Darlene Donatelli (Mike) of Lowellville, Daniel Smith (Karey) of Perrysburg and Barry Smith (Andrea) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Christopher, Maria, Jason, Michael, Nicholas, Amanda, David, Bradley, Britnee, Noel, Taylor, Daniel and Mackenzie; and her husband John C. Smith.
