He is survived by: his wife Violet Ann Belcher Elkins; his children, Linda Hartford (Robert) of Poland and Ron Elkins (Natalie) of Poland; his grandchildren, Courtney Hartford, Kyle Hartford (Katelyn) and Caleb Elkins; and his great grandchildren, Lukas and Brooks Krishnamoorthy.
