He was predeceased by: his parents, Italian and Rosina D'Alesio (DiPrimio); his siblings, Frank, Peter, Teddy, Mario D'Alesio and Rosemarie Kelly; his siblings-in-law, Rose Ann D'Alesio and Paul Kelly; his nephew Paul "Skip" Kelly; and his brother-in-law David R. Metz.
He is survived by: his wife Constance (Metz); his children, Tammy D'Alesio of Struthers, Nicholas D'Alesio (Suzanne) of Canfield and Frank D'Alesio (Deborah) of Angier, NC; his grandchildren, Brandi Basista, Ashley Basista, Megan Watson, Nicholas, Vincent, Sophia, Anthony D'Alesio, Victoria and Isabella D'Alesio; his great grandchildren, Kieara Star Mercado and Lorenzo D'Alesio; his sister Ida Jasinski (Edward); and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Creighton (Joseph) and Joseph Voytus (Renee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
