He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neil Buzzacco of Youngstown and Anna Mae Marenkovic Buzzacco; his wife Frances M. "Fran" Grein of Youngstown; his daughters, Carla Rose of Niles and Amanda Armeni (John) of Liberty Township; his grandchildren, Nina Mae, Aniello Joseph, Lola Frances and Gino Paul; his siblings, Sam Buzzacco (Joyce), Anthony Buzzacco (Barb), Angela Joseph (Lou), David Buzzacco and Daniel Buzzacco (Deirdre); and his sister-in-law Chrissy Gedra Buzzacco.

Neil's family requests that donations be made in his name to the National Kidney Foundation through kidney.org.
