She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic D'Amico; and her brothers, William Kohut and Michael Kohut. She is survived by: her daughters, Shawn Devin (Dan) of Boardman, Lisa of Austintown and Michelle Copeland (Alan) of Canal Winchester; her grandchildren, Dominic Devin (Nicole Moore) of South Carolina and Danielle Haffely (Gary); her great grandchild Henry Haffely; her sisters, Ann Hanni, Stephanie Yozwiak, Helen Coleman and Katherine Kohut; and her niece MaryKay Coleman. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
