He is survived by: his parents, Nicole Gibbs and Roger Phipps (Ashawnte); his siblings, Taylor Westlake of Seattle Washington, Derrycka Glass of Youngstown, Nakya Gibbs (Cameron Broussard) of Youngstown, Aubrey Phipps of New Castle and Stacey Phipps of Warren, Ohio.; and his grandparents, Margaret S. Gilmer, Robert Warren and Bradie Higgs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
