He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Ivory-Posey. He is survived by: his children, Angela Posey and Elliott Posey; his stepdaughters, Samantha Anderson and Dawn Ivory; his grandchildren, Jasmine Mathis, Brandon Smith, Nayanna Johnson, Ashely Johnson and Nyijah Posey; his siblings, Stanley Diggs, Patricia Gray and Sharon Brewer; his significant other Eva Williams; and his friends, Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, Judge Mathis and Judge Marilyn Milian. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
