We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 86, Minister Hubert Floyd Sr. (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Tallahassee, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Floyd and Marsha Bates Floyd; the mother of his children Doris Jean Floyd; his children, Shirl Jackson, Hubert Floyd Jr., Robert "Bobby" Floyd Sr. and David Jackson, Sr.; and his siblings, Joe Campbell, Alfonzo Campbell, Mary Stallworth, Lily Mae Baldwin, David Floyd and Margaret Doram.

He is survived by: his wife Sonya Floyd; his children, Mary Floyd of Youngstown, Darius LeFlore of Youngstown, Joseph Floyd, Sr. of Youngstown, Leetta Floyd of Warren and Beverly Floyd of Kentucky; and his siblings, Leonard Bates (Rita) and Betty Stanford (Leroy) of Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
