She is survived by: her siblings, Monica Minck (Ray Hetrick) of League City, TX, John Urchak (Kathy) of Youngstown and Linda Cifalde (John) of Poland; her nieces and nephews, Jason Minck, John Minck, Angela Urchak, Nancy Urchak, Gianna Cifalde and Alyssa Cifalde; her great-nephews, Jerren Minck and R. J. Urchak; her great-niece Eleanor Urchak; her sister-in-law Donna Urchak of Struthers; and her close friend Lorne Mossman of Youngstown.
