He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Shirley Morgan O'Hara; and his brother Terry O'Hara. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Lopac (John); his aunt Donna Shovlin; and his uncle Dale Morgan. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
