With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Notareschi (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on October 25, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazzareno Notareschi and Ernestina Notareschi (Marcotulio); his son Reno Notareschi; and his sisters, Josephine Innocenzi and Ada Coletti.
He is survived by: his significant other Maria Giannetti; his son Michael A. Notareschi (Gina) of Canfield; his daughter-in-law Renee Notareschi of Poland; his granddaughter Dina Arendas (Joe) of Lowellville; and his siblings, Maria of L'Aquila and Ezio Notareschi (Linda) of Stillwater. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home (4221 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44512). A prayer was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica (343 Via Mt Carmel Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505).
