He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar "Buck" Kirchner and Beatrice "Bonnie" Kirchner (Schenkel); and his son Brian Kirchner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Kirchner (Gelonese) of Youngstown; his children, Missy Isakowitz (Mark) of Oak Hill, VA, Jill Shenk (Lyn) of Arlington, VA, Joseph Jr. Carrier (Ashley) of Youngstown and Jonah Kirchner of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Carly Graham (Eric) of Falls Church, VA, Zachary Isakowitz (Allie) of Oak Hill, VA, Hannah Isakowitz (Dan Greener), Aidan Shenk, Cady Shenk and Ally Shenk of Arlington, VA; his great grandchildren, Emmy and Ava Graham; his siblings, Ronald Kirchner of Powell, OH and Lesley Korach (Marvin) of Portland, OR; and his brother-in-law Thomas Gelonese (JoEllen) of Canfield, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and neighbors.
