He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Carbone and Carmel Carbone (Gentile); his wife Patty Guido; and his brothers, Joseph Carbone Jr. and Richard Baiss.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Carbone (Keri Garzanich) of Columbiana, Rocco Carbone (Jackie Doyle) of Youngstown and Andrea Carbone (Joe Stewart) of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Gianna Carbone, Michael Clark II and Nina Carbone; and his sisters, Theresa Carbone of Boardman and Norma Willis of Metter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
