He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Belcik and Mary Yobe Belcik; and his sisters, Anna Mae Young, Mary Kritzer and Agnes Mayor Puhala.
He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Michael A. Belcik (Doreen) of Wooster, Mary Jo Joyce (John) of Mentor, Maureen Tesone (Christopher) of Poland and Mark Belcik (Martha) of Loveland; his grandchildren, Brian (Melanie), Jeffrey (Danielle), Eric, Jessica (Zach), Patrick, John Nora (Mirria), Meredith (Ben), Matthew (Alanna), Jacob (Katie) and Claire; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Emma and Millie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
