He was predeceased by: his parent Melvin Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Betty Shotts Parrish; his daughters, Nicole Parrish and Alexis Hidey of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Alexis Anderson, Justin Leedy and Andrew Parrish; and also Jessica Hidey of Youngstown.
