She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Esposito and Mela Esposito; her husband John Cox; her parents-in-law, Jack and Pearl Cox; her siblings-in-law, Edward, Tommy, James Cox, Russell Hewitt, Murph Pearl, Marietta Pearl and Peggy Hewitt; and her nieces and nephews, Teddy Cox, Maureen, Bryan and Russell Hewitt.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Leigh; her niece Diana; her children, Dr. John Cox (Leigh), Heather Koch (Chris) and Casey Moore (Tim); her grandchildren, Johnny, Hollis, Jake, Danny, Mimi, Mezi, Liam and Evelyn; her stepgrandchildren, Alex and Lauren; her siblings, Frank Esposito (Joann) and Anita Sweed (Jerry); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Cox and Della Cox. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces.
