He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew and Helen Chmielewski Baker Sr.; and his sister Donna Baker. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Cookie" Greco; his children, Kim Dascenzo (Joe), Melissa D'Amour (Kevin) and Gregg Baker (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Matt Dascenzo (Jenna) and Jennie Dascenzo.
