It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Theresa Forrest (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Jack) and Rose; and her grandsons, Robert, Michael and Andrew.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Blonie), Mary Kay Forrest, John (Namie), Nancy Eide (Ron), Theresa Zalac (Lou), Karen Coulter and Peggy Buck (Larry); and her sister Betty Ann Taaffe. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
