She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fahy and Mary Jennings Fahy. She is survived by: her husband Ray Wise; her children, Lynn Flaviano of Canfield, Nancy Lewis (Mark) of Kentucky and Stu Wise (Lisa) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Maura Flaviano, Nicholas Flaviano (Toni), John, Patrick Lewis, Ryan Wise (Kate), Brenna Liberatore (Collin) and Logan Wise; and her great grandchildren, Liviana, Ireland Flaviano, Nylah and Nathaniel Rolle.
