We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 81, Mary Elizabeth Lowe (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Caesar and Lucille Navarro Caesar; and her husband William "Bill" E. Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Lowe (Diana) of Galena, Ohio and Kerry Eckman (Thomas) of Poland; and her grandchildren, Grant, Garrett Lowe and Kristen Eckman.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Elizabeth's memory may be made to: the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center; Hospice of the Valley; or the Beatitude House.
