She was predeceased by: her parent Pauline Kogut Poczatek. She is survived by: her parent Polish; her nieces and nephews, Victoria McNeeley (Raymond), Susan Petiya (Andrew), Theresa Pulice (David), Michael Hoffman (Kellie), Daniel Hoffman (Carmen), Donald Hoffman (Kathy) and Margie Rohan (Dean); her sister Sophie Hoffman; her brother-in-law Frank Hoffman, Sr.; her nephew Frank Hoffman Jr.; and also Martin Poczatek.
In lieu of flowers, to honor Mary Ann's strong faith and beliefs, a Mass offering, lighting a candle, praying the rosary, praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet or the prayer to St. Theresa in her memory, will be greatly appreciated.
