She was predeceased by: her parents, Pavel Balkan (Paul) and Mary Balkan (Yusko); her husband Anthony Pavlich; and her siblings, Joe Hallas, Vera Carter, Mary Smith, Annie Mashorda, Rose Centofanti, Ben Balkan, Jake Balkan, Catherine Wielbrüda and Pauline Ciccoleill.
She is survived by: her son George Pavlich (Rosemary) of Poland; her grandchildren, Georgiann Kirdahy (Tom), David Pavlich (Lynn), Joey Pavlich (Katie), Zachary Morgan, Madison, Jackie and Julie Pavlich; and her great grandchildren, Ava Pavlich, Asher Pavlich, Madison Kirdahy and Gweneth Pavlich.
