She was predeceased by: her parents, Avon Duval and Mamie Rucker Duval; her husband Charles Lacy; her daughter Mary Jones; her siblings, Robert Duval, Helen Corn, Carma Wilson and Mary Gillam; and her grandson Tommy Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Constance "Connie" Rodgers of Youngstown and George "Butch" Duval of Warren; and her brother Colonel Aaron Duval of Petersburg, Michigan. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; and a host of family and friends.
