She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Falletti and Ida Falletti (Donnadio); her children, Henry "Socko" Gaetano III of Canfield and Maria Gaetano-Patterson of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Zacary Patterson and Jaycee Patterson; her siblings, Rosetta Clevenstine of Palm Coast, Mary Hurd of Cortland and Rocky Falletti of Youngstown; and also, Henry "Socco" Gaetano Jr, Airport Tavern, Josh Ditman, Rebecca Ditman, Megan Blackburn and Laura Gaul.
