She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mitchell and Georgia Mitchell; her former husband Irwin Fields; her husband Harold R. Folsome; her daughter Christina "Tina" Folsome; and her brothers, Leroy and Ellis Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Fields (Madgeline) of Columbus, Patricia "Patches" Rutledge of Trussville, Anita "Bunny" Traylor (Wesley) of Boardman, Harold Folsome (Mandy) of Columbus and Timothy Folsome of Maryland. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
