She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lyden and Mary Coyne Lyden; her husband Alvin C. Barnhart; and her siblings, John, Michael, Thomas Lyden and Nellie Guernsey.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Barnhart (Terri) of Bethesda, Robert "Bob" Barnhart (Carin) and Mark Barnhart (Barbara) of Poland; and her grandchildren, Mark, Jenna, Michael, Alec, Anna and Cailey Barnhart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her sons have requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to HOTV Hospice House in Peg's memory.
