He was predeceased by: his brother Craig Campbell; and his sister-in-law Sandy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Gail A. Campbell (Huffman); his siblings, Jeff Campbell of Evergreen, Colorado and Amy Campbell (Larry Neuman) of Hubbard; and his nephew Tom Manning.
