She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Diggs and Tressie Funderburk Diggs; her husband Raymond R. Prisby, Jr.; and her siblings, Gertrude Johnson, Dorothy Lighner, Charles, Everett and Roosevelt Diggs.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Prisby, JoAnn Thompson (Alan), Raymond R. Prisby III of Youngstown and David Richey Richey (Beverly) of Youngstown; and her siblings, Katherine Hayes, Chester Diggs, Jr. and Otis Diggs. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
