Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
