She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bell and Bessie Mae Woodberry Bell; her former husband John Ulysses Tucker; her siblings, Elmer, David, Robert, Annie Bell, Gwendolyn McKee and Hazel Smith; her great grandchild Nahla Edwards; her siblings-in-law, Linda Bell and James McKee; her uncle Early Woodberry; and her aunts, Lillie Mae Woodberry, Biotha May and Luella Woodberry.
She is survived by: her children, Tawanda Bell of Columbus, OH., Nathan Bell of Youngstown, OH., Yolanda Tucker of Youngstown, OH., Johnnie Foster Jr. of Dayton, OH., Jennifer Foster of Conyers Georgia, Eric Sr. Foster (Latisha) of Germantown, Deatrice Foster of Youngstown, OH. and Ariel Jenkins (Harry Jr.) of Boardman, OH.; her stepdaughters, Gloria Lane of Minneapolis, MN. and Sylvia Coleman of Yulee; her siblings, Ted Bell (Wynette) of Las Vegas, NV., Frank Bell, Gloria Bell, Jeanie McQueen, Lula Davis of Youngstown, Rose Harris of Boardman and Davida Jones (Rondy) of Canton, OH.; and her goddaughters, Keema Douglas of Youngstown and Telia Bell of Denver, CO.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
