She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Martinko and Martha Martinko (Podolsky); her husband Joe; her stepson Nicholas Nelson (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Piper, Kaia and Tristan; her siblings, Janice Leskovec Steinmaus (Mike) and Charles Martinko (Peg Golick); her parents-in-law, Rick Nelson (Brenda), Kitty Wiscott (Bob), John Nelson (Julie), Susan Ragan (John) and George Nelson (Ada); her stepdaughter Holly E "Lady Jane" Nelson; and her mother-in-law Joan Nelson. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dorothy Day House or Our Lady of Sorrows/ St. Matthias Church or do a good deed in Lorrie's Memory.
