He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burtner and Joanne Fennell Burtner; his brother Daniel Burtner; and his pet Lucy. He is survived by: his son Jesse Burtner; his stepdaughters, Kelly Olsson (Nathan) and Kathryn Eby (Thomas); his brothers, Timothy Burtner, Todd Burtner (Sandy) and Christopher Burtner; and his grandchildren, Silas Burtner, Ella, Clark and Louis Eby.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Fox Funeral Home (4700 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44512). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
