She is survived by: her children, Harold Eugene Whatley of Youngstown and Carla Whatley-Watkins of Knoxville, TN; and her siblings, Albert Whatley Jr. of Youngstown, Henry Lee "Penny" Whatley of Youngstown and Jessie M. Ford of Youngstown. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
