He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ervin and Flora Ervin. He is survived by: his brothers, Bobby Larry, Mick Larry, Uncle Larry, Mick Ervin (Marilyn) of Youngstown and Robert Ervin (Patricia) of New Middletown; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Ervin, Hosa Ervin, Wendy Ervin, John Ervin, Michael Ervin (Katie) and Keith Ervin (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
