He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Kovalchik, Sr. and Mary Kovalchik (Pavlakovic); his son Timothy; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his son David Kovalchik; and his brothers, William Kovalchik, Jr. (Christina) of Broadview Heights, Dennis Kovalchik of Austintown and Thomas Kovalchik of Austintown.
