She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Samuel Cua, Estella Cua and Lillian Moyer. She is survived by: her parents, Terry Moyer of Poland Twp and Pam Moyer of Poland Twp; her grandfather Howard L. Moyer of Poland; and her uncles, Kim Moyer-Lenz, Cua-Bonner Moyer-Lenz and Lynne Moyer-Lenz (Paul).
