He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Carter, and Lester Carter, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Hendrix of Hubbard, Janice Adams of Washington, D. C., Lester Carter, Jr. (Cassandra) of Youngstown and Sterling Carter of Spokane, Washington. He is also survived by 9 nieces, 3 nephews, and many great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
