Love of Youngstown; and her siblings, Leo Jr. Carter (Ruby) of Houston Tx, Cecelia L Carter-Whitlow of Youngstown, Phyllis A Ferguson (Timothy) of Chardon, Renea J Parker (Scott) of Bryans Road, Jibri Carter of Austintown and Malikh Carter-Wilks (Tracy) of Campbell.
