She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Herceg and Eleanor Kundus Herceg; and her brother James. She is survived by: her husband Samuel D. Lavanty; her children, Amy Levi-Haim (Yoav) of Las Vegas, Tod Lavanty (Nicole) of Roseville and Minn (Kimberly Erdel); her grandchildren, Arielle, Lea, Jacob, Samantha, Michael, Abigail, EllieMae, Elijah and Elena; her sister Patricia Gallas (David) of Bradenton Fla; her niece Lori Ford (Jason); her nephews, David Gallas (Gabriela) and Brenton Gallas (Sarah); her great-nephews, Anderson, Brooks Ford and Owen Gallas; and her great-niece Norah Ford of Florida. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, her sister.
