She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tonkovich and Katherine Verbanich Tonkovich; and her siblings, Staphie Hendershot and John Tonkovich. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Melena (Jack) of Maineville and Lorraine Childers of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Michael Melena, Dan Melena, Elizabeth Daumann Chris (Nick) and Katie Childers; and her great grandchild Caleb Childers.
