It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen S. Hack of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis Hack and Ella Mae Wolf Hack. She is survived by: her brothers, Roger Hack (Darlene) of Salem, Russell Hack of Westerly, Richard Hack (Kathleen) of Sacramento, CA and Robert Hack (Lynn) of New Springfield. She is also survived by four nephews and two grand nieces.

In lieu of flowers, Karen's family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Centofanti School of Nursing care of the Youngstown State University Foundation, 655 Wick Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
