She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold H. Blake and Esther Andrews Blake. She is survived by: her husband George Olinik; her son Christopher G. Olinik (Kristy) of Austintown; her grandchildren, Austin, Brianna, Kayla, Karly and Christopher; and her siblings, Tim L. Blake and Phyllis Blake.
