He is survived by: his wife Kacy Pounds Bolash; his children, Jordan, Jace, Jacob and Kensington; his grandmother Darlene (K. Smith); his brother Nicolas D. Bolash of Youngstown; his uncle David W. Smith of Austintown; and his pet Apollo.
