He was predeceased by: his parents, Piotr Golis and Josephine Golis; his wife Maria; his daughter Barbara; and his sister Janina.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Golis, Sonia Niro (Jim Kopanic) and Julie Mayhew; and his grandchildren, David, Rachel and Kristen Mayhew.

In lieu of flowers, the family request material contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley in Julian's name.
