She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rogers and Carolyn Rogers; her husband Coy Cornelius; and her son Matthew. She is survived by: her sister Joan of Gardnerville; and her pet Silks.
A memorial celebration will be held May 22 from 4 to 8 PM at the Coy Cornelius and Judy Rogers building, 1931 Belmont Ave. This will be an outdoor event with social distancing and safety protocols observed.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the YWCA of Youngstown in Judy Rogers honor.
