She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Matthew Shay and Olive Heaslip Shay; her son Franklin Prokop (Holly) of Easton, PA; her brother Randall Richard Shay of Boardman; her granddaughter Brandy Goodwin (Robin) of Boardman; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Conner Goodwin; and her siblings, Marilyn Irene Gessaman and Harry William Shay. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
