She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Allison and Marian Arkwright Allison; her sons, Patrick and James Luther; and her siblings, William Allison, Joyce Luther and Angela Rodney.
She is survived by: her husband Sanford "Sonny" Lazar; her children, Barbara Luther Liptay (Michael) of Huron, David Luther (Cindy) of Howland, Michael Luther (Vickie) of Omaha, NE. and Jeffrey Luther of Cortland; her siblings, Joseph Allison (Marsha) of Poland, James Allison (Judy) of Canfield, Mark Allison (Wendy) of Canfield and Marian Schwarm (Jeff) of Girard; and her stepchildren, Jaye Usui (Warren) of California and Norman Lazar (Brenda) of California. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Judy's family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Brendan Church Memorial Fund in her Judy's name.
