It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Howard (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Newton Falls, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2013, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. and Bertha M. Beardsley Evans; and her siblings, Robert, Paul, Harold, David, Norma Powell and Bette Heasley.

She is survived by: her husband Edward W. Howard; her children, Paul E. Howard (Linda) of Warren, Matthew W. Howard (Lucinda) of Portland, OR, Tamra L. Howard of Austintown and Jill R. Agler (David) of Hubbard; her brothers, Ronald Evans (Frances) of Emlenton, PA and Daniel Evans (Mary) of Warren; her grandchildren, Ashley Merkley (Garret), Abagail Agler, Addison Agler, Madison, Bucanan and Kennedy Howard; and her great grandchildren, Liliana Merkley and Harper Merkley. She is also survived by her parents; her husband.
