He was predeceased by: his parents, John Voytko and Maria Voytko (Kubanda); and his siblings, Andrew, John (Jeannette), Veronica Voytko, Mary Presco (Michael) and Anne Polo (Vance).
He is survived by: his niece Mary Louise Hluchan (Gabriel); his great-nieces, Christine Arita and Melissa Musser (Stephen); and his godson John Sebastian Arita.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that material contributions be made to St. Patrick Church, 357 N. Main St., Hubbard, OH 44425 or any Catholic Church for masses in memory of Joseph.
